Sense of "Togetherness" Began
During First Classes

CSSA’s professors utilized "learning by doing" teaching strategies [1] designed to produce desired learning through student task performance. Liner implemented the techniques in spite of the bank basement’s limitations. Boy students participated in a grain judging contest even though the dim and mostly artificial light that illuminated the grains likely proved less than ideal for the exercises [2]. A sense of community began in the basement and strengthened the school's prospects of survival [3].
