CSSA Provided Community Service
President and faculty worked to prove and improve the school's worth. They wrote and distributed The Industrialist, a monthly newsletter that provided practical, farm-related information and advertised CSSA accomplishments and services. School officials hosted a poultry show. Faculty vaccinated hogs owned by local farmers. These activities met important school and community needs and promoted improved local agricultural and livestock raising practices.
