The Engineering Division is responsible for the construction administration of capital improvement program projects, city capital outlay projects, and other special funding projects. These duties include the construction administration, survey, design and inspection of projects. The division reviews and coordinates the preparation of plans and specifications by consultants for various projects. Projects include all types of municipal infrastructure such as streets, drainage, water, sewer and other special projects. Other functions include GIS System updates, archiving of city construction plans, responsibility for city construction standards, surveying functions for the city and special studies/reports.

We are located on 3rd St, just east of the Public Works Yard.
Directions:
Coming off of I-44, go west on SW Lee Blvd to SW 2nd Street. Head south on 2nd St. The road will begin to curve back to the west. Take the first left on to SW 3rd Street. Head south for approx ¾ of a mile.
