Bid packets are due to the City Clerk's office at 212 NW 9th Street by 2:00pm on bid opening date unless otherwise specified in the bid packet. Bids are opened in the Wayne Gilley City Hall, Council Chambers, 103 SW 4th Street at 2:30pm unless otherwise specified in the bid packet.

Faxed bids will not be accepted. Submissions will be opened in the Wayne Gilley City Hall, City Council Chambers, 103 SW 4th Street, Lawton, Oklahoma at 2:30pm on bid opening date unless otherwise specified in the bid packet. The City of Lawton and the Lawton Water Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, or to waive any informality in the bids/proposals.
