All bids for the items listed above must be submitted sealed to the City Clerk's Office located at 212 SW 9th Street, by 2:00pm of the opening date. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Submissions will be opened in the Wayne GIley City Hall, City Council Chambers, 103 SW 4th Street, Lawton, Oklahoma at 2:30pm on bid opening date unless otherwise specified in the bid packet. The City of Lawton and the Lawton Water Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, or to waive any informality in the bids/proposals.
