LAWTON URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY (LURA)

1. Meeting called to order and roll call.

2. Consider approval of the minutes of the March 13, 2012 meeting of the Lawton Urban Renewal Authority.

3. Consider a resolution approving the expenditures and accepting the financial status report of the Lawton Urban Renewal Authority for the month of March, 2012.

4. Consider sending an invoice to the Lawton Economic Development Authority for reimbursement of relocation and incidental expenses associated with the acquisition of real property within the Phase 1A acquisition area.

5. Consider sending an invoice to the Lawton Economic Development Authority for electrical service expenses incurred for property acquisition in Phase 1A acquisition area.

6. Consider remittance of the rental income collected by the Lawton Urban Renewal Authority in conjunction with the properties acquired in the Downtown Redevelopment Phase 1A acquisition area to the Lawton Economic Development Authority.

7. Reports and comments.
