1.      Meeting called to order.

 

2.      Approval of minutes of the March 29, 2012, meeting.

 

3.      Hold a public hearing and consider approving a resolution adopting the Federal Fiscal Years 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016 Transportation Improvement Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Area Transportation Study area.

 

4.      Consider adopting the Fiscal Year 2013 Unified Planning Work Program for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process.

 

5.      Receive a presentation from Arledge and Associates on the LMPO audit for the period beginning July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011, and consider accepting the audit and take appropriate action, if necessary.

 

CONSENT AGENDA

6.      Consider approving the Annual Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for transportation planning.

 

7.      Consider approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for metropolitan transportation planning for Fiscal Year 2013.

 

8.      Consider approving the annual Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Agreement between the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for air quality planning.

 

9.      Consider approving the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Lawton and the Lawton Metropolitan Planning Organization for Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality programs and projects during Fiscal Year 2013.

 

10.  Consider approving the Federal Transit Administration Certifications and Assurances for Fiscal Year 2013.

 

11.  Consider recommending to the Transportation Policy Committee endorsement of the annual Joint Certification Statement for the Lawton Metropolitan Transportation Planning Process.
