The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Mayor Powell, with invocation
by Council
Member Randy Warren. Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall notice
board as required by law.

COMMENTS - CURRENT ADMINISTRATION
Powell said it has been a pleasure serving the citizens of the Lawton-Fort Sill community,
working with the Council and City staff and expressed thanks to his family who supported and
worked alongside him.
DECLARE CURRENT ADMINISTRATION TO CEASE - MAYOR POWELL
Mayor Pro Tem Ewing-Holmstrom took over at this time and asked Judge Alan McCall and
the
recently elected members to come to the stage for the Oath of Office.
ADMINISTRATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY OATHS OF OFFICE -
DISTRICT COURT JUDGE ALAN MCCALL.
John P. Purcell, Jr., Randy Bass, and Rex Givens received the Oaths of Office from Judge
McCall. The members were welcomed at this time.
DECLARE NEW ADMINISTRATION TO BEGIN: Mayor John P. Purcell, Jr. declared the new
administration to begin.

COMMENTS - NEW ADMINISTRATION
Mayor Purcell thanked everyone for all their help and support, with a special thanks
to his wife
and son for all their help, sacrifices, and support. He briefly spoke about the upcoming budget
meetings and reminded everyone about the meeting tomorrow night at 6:00 p.m.
There being no further business to consider, the meeting adjourned at 9:10 a.m. upon
motion,
second and roll call vote.
