Smith complimented the City employee picnic held yesterday. Mayor Powell agreed and said it
was appreciated.
Baker said it was his fault that the items were not prepared properly to allow final action to be
taken at the previous meeting and Water Authority and said they would do better in the future.
Mayor Powell said he would take full responsibility.
Purcell said he, Haywood, Baker and some Parks & Recreation employees attended the
Oklahoma Municipal League Conference in Tulsa and brought back some good information. He
said a session on grant writing was particularly helpful.
