The meeting was called to order at 5:55 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

BUSINESS ITEMS:

1.    Adopted Res. 96-56 amending Appendix A, Schedule of Fees and Charges, Lawton City Code, 1995, as amended, increasing the rates charged for water, sewer and refuse, and establishing an effective date. Increase in utility rates of 7% and surcharge of $3 for rolling stock.

2.    Adopted Res. 96-57 approving the fiscal year 1996-97 City of Lawton Budget.
