The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Marley.
Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall
bulletin board as required by law.

BUSINESS ITEMS:
No Audience Participation on Agenda; Carles Sowers requested, and
was permitted to speak in general terms to the Council over the
budget.
1. Conducted review of proposed FY 1996-97 City of Lawton
budget.
2. Meetings for budget review were tentatively scheduled for
May 14, 16, 21, 23, 28 and 30 and June 11, 13, 18, and 21.
