LAWTON CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 21, 1996 - 5:30 P.M.

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Marley.
Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall
bulletin board as required by law.

Absent: Joe Dutcher, Ward Three
BUSINESS ITEMS:
1. Conducted review of proposed FY 1996-97 budget.
2. Confirmed next special meeting date for May 23 to hear
Communications, Activity 06 and 77, Engineering, Activity 24, and
Police; May 30, Parks and Recreation with Fire; June 4, Public
Works with Police or Fire if not provided at previous meetings.
Marley said tomorrow is a youth forum designed for Junior and
Senior High School students; the YMCA will give an overview and
he will turn it over the students to provide the opportunity to
provide information of what activities they would like to have.
The forum is scheduled for tomorrow morning at 10:30 in the City
Hall Council Chambers.
