The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Marley.
Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall
bulletin board as required by law.

1. Conducted review of proposed FY 1996-97 budget.
2. Confirmed next special meeting date as May 21, 1996 to
review Planning, Communications, Electronic Maintenance, Legal
Department, Building Development, Housing and Community
Development, and possibly Engineering.
