The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

Provide economic impact statement per Council Policy regarding CDBG and Home Program? Northside Chamber to provide list of jobs created. Can money be taken from Chamber of Commerce and Industry Hotel Tax for Northside Chamber.
4.    Loan to J's recycling - Tabled to May 7, Special Meeting, 5:30 p.m.
5.    Briefing on SSES and WWTP given.
6.    Damage claims denied: Craig A. Wilhelm and Betty Means.
7.    Agreement with Institute of the Great Plains regarding Museum: Amend 1958 agreement to allow City to pay Museum employees through June 30, 1996. Return Agreement for consideration.
8.    Take bids for Museum Roof Replacement.
9.    Operating agreement with GPIF for operation of HOME tenant Based Rental Assistance approved.
10.    Ord. 96-20 approved defining and permitting miniature pigs.
11.    Res. 96-35 setting E911 fee at 5%.

31.    Tabor v. City - Res. 96-38 approved settling case.

REPORTS: Information is being obtained regarding police boat. Special meeting May 7, at 5:30 p.m. on Budget and to elect Mayor Pro Tem; Special meeting May 8 at 5:30 p.m. to receive preliminary budget. Comments made by out-going members.
