The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and
agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

7. Agreement with Institute of the Great Plains regarding Museum: Amend 1958
agreement to allow City to pay Museum employees through June 30, 1996. Return
Agreement for consideration.
8. Take bids for Museum Roof Replacement.
9. Operating agreement with GPIF for operation of HOME tenant Based Rental
Assistance approved.
10. Ord. 96-20 approved defining and permitting miniature pigs.
11. Res. 96-35 setting E911 fee at 5%.

at 5:30 p.m. on Budget and to elect Mayor Pro Tem; Special meeting May 8 at 5:30 p.m.
to receive preliminary budget. Comments made by out-going members.
