LAWTON CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION RELATING TO THE BUILDING DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: Willie Hopkins; Nick Richards.

BUSINESS ITEMS:

1.    Receive an information briefing regarding the policies and procedures of the Building Development Department, and affirm, modify or establish policies and procedures for the Building Development Department for implementation by the City Manager.

Received information from Dan Tucker, Department Director, and discussed the Departmental procedures.

2.    Determine any future meeting dates or subjects of discussion: March 14 Special Council meeting was canceled; Planning Department will be considered on Monday, March 18.
