The meeting was called to order at 3:05 p.m. Notice of meeting and agenda were
posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by State law.

1. Conducted a preliminary investigation into allegations of selective discipline
and
case management in the Police Department. Motion to terminate the investigation
approved.
