The meeting was called to order at3:25 p.m. by John T. Marley. Notice of meeting and
agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

*Dutcher was absent at roll call and arrived at 3:25 p.m.
BUSINESS ITEM:
1. Conducted a preliminary investigation into allegations of selective discipline
and
case management in the Police Department; meeting to be worked out with the attorney
for employees wishing to speak before the City Council to come forward at the next
special meeting.
