The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Marley.
Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall
bulletin board as required by law.

BUSINESS ITEMS:
1. Review and provide recommendations on a proposed ordinance
creating Chapter 19.1 of the Lawton City Code, 1935, relating to
Stormwater Drainage within the City of Lawton and proposed
changes to Chapters 18 and 21. EXHIBITS: Drainage Committee's
Ordinance with staff comments incorporated for consideration;
Minutes of 7/24/95 Special Council Meeting.
City Council members reviewed the proposed ordinance making
corrections and recommendations. Item to be returned to the
September 12, City Council meeting for final action.
