The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

BUSINESS ITEMS:

1. Receive briefing and hold discussion on a proposed ordinance creating Chapter 19.1 of the Lawton City Code, 1985, relating to Stormwater Drainage within the City of Lawton and proposed changes to Chapters 18 and 21. EXHIBITS: Memo outlining staff recommendations; Ordinance creating Chapter 19.1; Ordinance amending Chapter 18; Ordinance amending Chapter 21.

Jerry Ihler, City Engineer, provided information regarding property and structures. Jere Barnthouse, Guy Rogers, Burl Boyce, Al Jung and Fred Fitch, members of the Drainage Committee; John Jones; and Nick Richards, builder and developer; spoke or provided comments and additional information.
