The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

Absent:    None

1.    Review and discuss proposed FY 1995-96 City of Lawton Budget.

Council moved to have the City Manager return with a balanced budget with no rate increase and no personnel increase.

Council moved to continue the meeting on Monday, May 22, at 5:30 p.m. tabling all items under discussion until that time.
