MAY 1, 1995 - 4:30 P.M.

The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

        Richard Zarle, Ward Six

Absent:    Babe Whatley, Ward Two
        Leila Barfield, Ward Seven

DECLARED CURRENT ADMINISTRATION TO CEASE

ADMINISTRATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL AND STATUTORY OATHS OF OFFICE

New members were seated at this time and Mayor Marley explained the corrected seating arrangements.

Municipal Judge Ken Harris administered Constitutional and Statutory Oaths of Office to the following:

John T. Marley, Jody Maples, Joe B. Dutcher, John P. Purcell, Jr., Robert L. Shanklin, Carol King Green.

DECLARE NEW ADMINISTRATION TO BEGIN - Mayor Marley declared the new administration to begin.

Mayor Marley welcomed new members and invited everyone to a reception in his office. There were no comments by new administration.
