The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Marley.
Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall
bulletin board as required by law.

BUSINESS ITEMS:
1. Receive briefing on a proposed ordinance creating Chapter
19.1 of the Lawton City Code, 1985, relating to stormwater
drainage within the City of Lawton.
Gil Schumpert, City Manager; Bob Bigham, City Planner; and Jerry
Ihler, City Engineer provided information and responded to
questions in reference to the drainage ordinance.
City Council received comments from the following people: Don
Paquin,; Larry Wilson; Kevin Franklin; Russ Finch; Elias
Elizaldez; Rick Herber; Rick Sinnreich; John Jones; Cecil Powell;
Nick Richards; Kevin Franklin; Russ Finch; Tom Strickland; Jay
Cox; Sheila Pedigo; Al Jung and Burl Boyce.
