LAWTON CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and
agenda
were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

REPORTS: Shelton said Ferris Bridge is open. Marley said he sent a note to the Naming
Committee forwarding a suggestion that Ferris Bridge be named in honor of the girl who
drowned at that crossing. Richardson commended the Personnel Board appointments. Meeting
with DEQ was discussed. Special Council meeting set for August 16, 5:30 p.m.
