The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

BUSINESS ITEMS:

1.    Received report from Leo Oppenheim Company regarding proposed Capital Improvements Program  and consider approving one or more available options on project selection and financing mechanism.

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

2.    Discussed the employment of a City Manager - Advertising  for City Manager approved with salary to be advertised, requirements, etc.
