The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

BUSINESS ITEMS:

1.    Adopted Resolution No. 94-55 approving the fiscal year 1994-95 Budget.

2.    Adopted Res. 94-56 amending Appendix A, Schedule of Fees and Charges, Lawton City Code, 1985, as amended, increasing the rate for refuse fees, reduction in rates for elderly, low-income and disabled and establishing an effective date.

3.    Adopted Res. 94-57 providing for a utility surcharge to defray the costs of pumping water between Lakes Lawtonka and Ellsworth.
