The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

ADDENDUM ITEM:

1.    Approved waiving competitive bidding and authorized the purchase of a portable building for the City Landfill.

EXECUTIVE SESSION::

1.    Council  considered the employment of Henry Sinda, Mark Sowa, Don Owen and Gilbert Schumpert as City Manager and in open session approved the hiring of Gilbert Schumpert.
