The meeting was called to order at 6:40 p.m. by Mayor Marley.

modification on rate increases linked to Lawton rate increases.
4. Agreement with Indiahoma for landfill service approved with
modification on rate increases linked to Lawton rate increases.
5. Bid award for replacement of diesel engine approved.
BUSINESS ITEMS:
6. Res. 93-40 on condemnation of structures: 521, 521 ½A, 621
½B SW "H" Ave.; 314 SW Park. Both given 30 days and suggestion
made that people requesting extensions have a plan and time
schedule to present.
7. Public hearing on CDBG Projects held, no action.
8. Damage claim of Jacquet & Mary Ann Hamelin denied.
9. Ordinance extending City limits denied.
10. Accepting S Airport Industrial Park Access Road and impose
liquidated damages.
11. Dobbs Washita authorized to extend sewer main to Lots 13 &
14, Sullivan TV Acres.
12. Easements from Hair & Williams accepted, Sullivan TV
Acres.
13. Purchaseof replacement van for MedTrans from state
contract approved.
14. Staff to prepare RFP for lease of space for consolidated
dispatch.
15. Contract with Godlove law firm for workers' comp extended.
16. Ord. 93-15 on senior citizen fishing permits approved.
