LAWTON CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING

The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and agenda were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

4.    Ord. No. 93-42 amending Chapter 19 regarding trotlines.
5.    Revocable permit to Glenn Oil Company for two groundwater monitoring wells located in the City rights-of-way at 106 S Sheridan Road.

16.    Change Order No. 1 for the Transmission System Pumping Facility approved.
17.    Change Order No. 2 with Dobbs-Washita Construction for the Citywide Waterline Rehabilitation Project 93-10 approved.
18.    15th and 16th year CDBG Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project 93-13 approved, placed Maintenance Bond into effect and imposed liquidated damages.
19.    ARKLA utility relocation agreement for NE Flower Mound Road Bridge Project approved.

22.    Police K-9 Xenia retired, declared surplus property and placed in Adopt a Pet Program with Animal Shelter - Akard should be given preference for dog, do not destroy dog.

32.    Pilgrim litigation - agreement with Lynn Babb to represent Odom approved.
33.    Police contract negotiations - contract rejected.
34.    Swain litigation, no action.

REPORTS:
Kennedy asked that enforcement of the window tinting ordinance be reviewed. Mitchell said the areas under the bridge on Bell and on Gore need to be cleared out, and that yield and pedestrian crossing signs are needed at the Nutrition Center at 20th and Taylor.
