The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Marley. Notice of meeting and

were posted on the City Hall bulletin board as required by law.

10. Agreement with Comanche County to improve certain parks,
playgrounds and other public
recreational areas approved, with County to provide no materials.
